Pressure Drop Brewing, a well-established and respected brewery is now on the market, offering an exciting prospect for craft beer enthusiasts and seasoned entrepreneurs alike! The sale includes the operation, equipment and furnishings at its two locations in Buffalo, NY: 1. The brewery on Vandalia St and 2. The pub on Elmwood Ave.

Pressure Drop Brewing has been in operation since November 2017, adding a taproom and pub in March 2022. The independent ownership team of Pressure Drop Brewing has spent the last five plus years building a brand and reputation around their shared passion for beer. Since adding the pub in 2022, Pressure Drop Brewing has expanded to include front and back of house staff that have worked hard to create a space with excellent service, great food, and even better beer for the community to enjoy.
Selling a business is never an easy decision to make, however the ownership team behind Pressure Drop Brewing has decided that it’s the right move to ensure a bright future for the brand.

Included in the sale are the two leased spaces at 65 Vandalia St and 1672 Elmwood Ave. Equipment at the pub on Elmwood Ave is leased with the space. The annual brewing capacity at the facility on Vandalia St is 3,000 barrels, and includes the following equipment:
- One (1) grain milling unit
- Five (5) 40 barrel fermenters
- One (1) 40 barrel brite tank
- One (1) 20 barrel mash tun
- One (1) 20 barrel boil kettle
- One (1) 6,000 liter hot liquid tank
- One (1) double station keg washer
Pressure Drop Brewing has been recognized with the following awards for their signature West Coast IPA, Sticky Trees: (1) 2019 NYS Craft Beer Competition, Bronze Medal, American IPA Category; (2) 2019 Beerology, Winner, Wise Choice Award; (3) 2021 NYS Craft Beer Competition, Silver Medal, American IPA Category, as well as Buckstar Coffee Cream Porter: 2019 TAP NY Craft Beer & Food Festival, Silver Medal, Porter Category.
Pressure Drop Brewing is currently distributing craft beer in multiple regions in Western New York—including Rochester and Syracuse—and Eastern Pennsylvania. The pub is currently open Wednesday through Sunday with a full menu, along with brunch on the weekend. New York State wine and liquor is also available by way of a combined micro- and farm brewery license.
