Join Pressure Drop Head Brewer Karl Kolbe and Head Chef Jessica McIvor for five courses of amazing dishes inspired by New Orleans creole and cajun cuisine, each paired thoughtfully with beer from the Pressure Drop lineup.
Reduced price tickets without beer are available. Not drinking beer or not drinking at all? No problem! Non-alcoholic beverages are available along with wine and liquor options (for an additional cost at the bar).

Course 1 – Jackson Square Oyster
panko-breaded pan-seared Gulf coast oyster, brown butter corn purée, Louisiana hot pepper sauce, bacon dust, parmesan cheese, green onion remoulade

toasted crostini, Cajun whipped goat cheese, smoked salmon, thyme onion jam, lemon zest, spicy microgreens

Course 4 – Blackened Shrimp& Crawfish Étouffée
traditional creole stew with crawfish tails, crumbled cornbread, blackened gulf shrimp, green onion,served over rice

Course 5 – Bourbon Street Bread Pudding
with vanilla bourbon sauce, boozy and sweet with hints of coffee, banana and cinnamon
